We'll start by taking a close look at your cycling technique through video or photo assessment. From there, we'll pinpoint areas to focus on to improve your form, muscle recruitment, and movement patterns, so you can ride better and stay injury-free.

Form & Alignment Analysis

Riding efficiently and effectively is key to boosting endurance and avoiding injuries. We'll review your cycling technique to find areas for improvement and create a tailored intervention plan.

Strength & Flexibility Check

How you position yourself on your bike and use your muscles can be affected by joint limitations or muscle imbalances. We'll assess your whole body, including range of motion and power capacity, to ensure you're riding comfortably and efficiently.

Interventions & Treatments

We'll use interventions like movement awareness drills, hands-on in-clinic treatments, and cycling-specific exercises to optimize your comfort, movement, and speed on the bike.

Movement Mindfulness

Being aware of your movements while cycling can make a huge difference in your performance. We'll teach you how to pedal, sit on the saddle, and engage your muscles to make small but impactful improvements.
