Stephanie Kezar

Stephanie has been a RMT for 10 years. She graduated her remedial massage therapy course at Mh Vicars in 2011. Stephanie has treated many array of injuries and conditions in the 10 years she’s been a RMT. Some of which are, scoliosis, TMJD, carpel tunnel syndrome, tennis and golfers elbow, plantar fasciitis, MVA’s and many more. The different modalities she does is Deep tissue massage, Myofascial release, Trigger point release, Extra/intra oral TMJ massage, cupping, acupressure and meridian massage, Relaxation and prenatal. Stephanie also does orthopaedic assessments as well as joint play and will guide you through strength and stretching exercises to give you a well rounded treatment. Stephanie finds being a massage therapist to be very rewarding. To her there’s nothing like seeing her client’s progress and excel after her treatments to them. In her spare time she likes to spend it with her family and in the warmer months she loves to get out for hikes as well as camping.
